Initial phone call. This is approximately 15 mins to establish if there is mutual benefit. Once established, a follow-up meeting is arranged.

Preliminary meeting is in person or via zoom. This is approximately 30-60mins to understand your business, your issues and where RISENCO can support you. There is no cost at this point. Any future engagement will have an agreed scope and cost written on the engagement letter.

Analysis and implement. During this phase, a business health check is done, as well as a review of past performance. We will work on the issues been identified or any other services agreed to in the scope of works.

Ongoing Support. We will provide strategic advice and financial solutions to support your business growth whenever needed.
